Black tea, ginger, cloves, black peppercorn, nutmeg, cardamom, cinnamon
- For black tea – Steep a teaspoonful per 250ml cup for black tea. Strain and serve.
- For milk tea, add ¾ cup water and ¼ cup milk with a teaspoonful of tea leaves and bring to a boil.
- Strain and serve with sugar
- Best served with milk
- Honey / Sweetener optional
